Barbara manages several Risk Pools and diverse Ohio Public Entity organizations and acts as the President/General Manager for a Transit Property and Casualty Captive domiciled in Vermont. Barbara has worked in the insurance industry for 30 years of which 21 have been in Public Entity Pooling. She holds a degree in paralegal studies from University of Hartford (Hartford College for Women) and has earned multiple professional designations and awards. Barbara has served on the Ohio Public Transit Association Board and is currently serving on the AGRiP Board of Directors. She has sat on the Membership Practices Committee for AGRiP since 2009.
