Contracted services and relationships are an important part of pooling operations that allow pools to uniquely and better serve members. But every contract also must be carefully considered to ensure the service and relationship it defines actually benefits the pool. This session will dig into common and critical contracts pools use and explore each type of contract, including common practices and provisions, possible pitfalls, opportunities, and language to use to make the contract work for your pool.
